Back when New York City was filled with sirens around the clock, FDNY Emergency Medical Companies Captain Anthony Almojera responded to a Brooklyn deal with and encountered a person in a wheelchair who mentioned he was fearful about his mom.

The person defined that his handicap restricted him to the primary flooring whereas his mom slept on the second.
