A passenger on a Southwest Airways flight from San Jose, California, to San Diego final April allegedly guzzled their non-public stash of booze on the aircraft, sexually assaulted the flight attendant who informed them that was prohibited, after which smoked marijuana within the toilet because the plane was making its last descent.

Now, the unnamed travelerβ€”who was arrested on the gate for public intoxication and resisting arrestβ€”is facing a $40,823 fine levied by the Federal Aviation Administration below the β€œZero Tolerance” coverage the company launched earlier this 12 months.
